Refund policy
Returns/exchanges:
We do our very best to quality check each of our jewelry pieces and ensure the packaging is durable enough to make its trip to you.
But we get it, sometimes life happens, so we're happy to assist you with returns for exchange or store credit within 30 days of purchase. One exchange per item is allowed, and the new item becomes a final sale. As we do not have a physical storefront, online purchases can only be returned online.
To initiate a return or exchange, please contact us at hello@ashandarrowshop.com. Please include order number, written explanation of return/exchange, and your specific request in the email. You will receive a response within three business days regarding next steps. Please note that refunds for returns are issued after we receive the items back.
Damaged items:
If you have received a piece that is incorrect or defective/damaged, please contact us within three business days of receiving your item, and we will provide a replacement at no cost to you. Send us an email at hello@ashandarrowshop.com with your order number, a written explanation of the damage, and a photo attachment of the damage. You will receive a response within three business days regarding next steps.
The following items are not eligible for refunds, store credit, or exchanges:
- Items marked as final sale
- Free gifts or promotional items
- Gift cards
